- comments: clean the following items inside of the shared kitchen space: the interior of the 2-door prep cooler, 1-compartment prep sink, top of the convection oven and prep tables along the cook's line.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: clean the floor behind the deep fryer and 2-burner grill. Clean the grease on the wall behind the cooking equipment and on the wall outside of the dish washing area. Clean the floors of the walk-in freezers e-109, e-110 and e-118.
