Buffet Illness: Fajitas, Veggies - The Heathman Lodge, Vancouver Washington

Attended a Conference and on 7-14-19, the lunch buffet was served outside and consisted of tortillas, chicken fajitas and stir fried vegetables. Topping side included sour cream, grated yellow "cheese" and sliced fresh onion. Warmed buffet pans of rice and black beans were also served. Fresh sliced lemon was served for the iced tea. Within 6 hours became nauseous and 12 hours later began experiencing diarrhea and thus far, have been enduring repeated episodes in the last 10 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
