- comments: observed meat slice heavily encrusted with food debris. Instructed manager to clean the deli meat slicer with more frequency between uses.

- comments: observed pre-made (25lbs) cold cut sandwiches stored on the prep table at the improper interior temp of 54. 6f to 60. 0f. Manager discarded and denatured 25lbs at $350. Did not observed any time and temperature logs at this time. Instructed manager to properly store pre-made sandwiches inside a cooler at all times 41f or below. Priority citation issued #7-38-005

- comments: observed deli meats inside the reach in cooler and walk in cooler not cover. Instructed manager to properly cover and store deli meats to prevent possblie contamination.
