- comments: observed hand sinks in front bar inaccessible. Handsinks in bar used for storage: limes, oranges, lemons stored in 1 hand sink; club soda, utensils stored in the other. Instructed hand sinks may only be used for washing hands, and must be accessible at all times. Items removed during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

- comments: observed no soap at hand sinks in front bar and rear bar in cira restaurant. Instructed must have hand cleanser available at all hand sinks at all times. Pic provide hand soap at all hand sinks during inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). See above violation 5-205. 11 for citation.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed small amounts of black, slimy, mold like substance on interior of ice machines. Must remove, clean and sanitize. Must maintain same.
