- comments: observed the employee washroom in the basement without a self-closing door device installed. Management instructed to install.

- comments: observed unpainted drywall on the ceiling of the basement storage room. Management instructed to paint the ceiling. Observed broken floor tiles and gaps between the floor behind the bar and under the beer coolers. Management instructed to repair the broken floor tiles and seal the gaps between the floor.
