- comments: observed over 60 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners inside kitchen electrical room. Observed several flying insects in dish washing and washroom areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 1/4" gap at bottom and between exit doors near kitchen. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed food items stored on floor in walk-in cooler and freezer. Instructed manager to elevate all food items off floor in walk-in cooler and freezer.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of fryer cabinet, coolers prep tables, cooking equipment, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain all food and non-food contact surfaces and equipment.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed dust buildup and rust surfaces on ceiling vents and light shields, debris inside floor drain under dish machine and 3-compartment sink, spills on floor near hand washing sink in dining area, debris on floors under all equipment, along walls and corners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean all floors and maintain.
