- comments: observed no thermometer for refrigerators in pre-k 100 & 106 must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed evidence of appx. 50 or more mice droppings on floor in kitchen-behind unused dish machine,along wall bases of pipes,grease trap at 3- comp sink,hand sink,chemical storage shelf. On shelf in pre-k closet 106. Must remove droppings clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have a pest control operator to service premises on or after 1/26/24. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: must remove rust from lid of grease trap at 3- compartment sink. Must eliminate crates used for storage outside of dry food/chemical storage area and provide adequate shelving units.

- comments: must clean dust build up from all pre-k room cubbies.

- comments: observed no covered garbage can in bsmt,2nd & 3rd fl. Girl's must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed outside garbage dumpster lids missing on garbage can must repair or replace to be tight fitting. (priority foundation 7-38-020(b)

- comments: must scrape chipping paint on ceilings and walls in pre-k 108,100 & 112.
