- comments: observed pest activity on premises. Found 50 or more drain flies on the wall of the utility closet room and the chemical storage area next to the utility closet. Instructed to eliminate activity and have pest control company service prior to next week. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: instructed to clean and maintain the fryers at the bottom area to remove grease and particles and clean exterior surfaces to remove grease.

- comments: the exposed handsink in the dishwashing area not maintained. Sink leaking when running at the pipe; instructed to correct so that sink works properly.
