- comments: 4-302. 14 observed no adequate chemical test strips on site, at the time of inspection facility had ph test strips on site with quaternary ammonium sanitizer on site. Instructed to provide quaternary ammonium test strips to properly test the sanitizing concentration of the 3 compartment sink. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-005.
