28. Toxic substances properly identified, stored, & used
- comments: observed employee personal care items stored above dry food containers on front kitchen area dry storage shelf. Instructed to relocate employee personal care items such that they do not pose risk of contamination of food or clean equipment and maintain.

38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed approximately 20-30 large rodent droppings in the rear basement area (along northern basement wall). Instructed to remove rodent droppings and clean and sanitize the affected area, as well as contact pest control operator for service to eliminate pest activity. No food stored in basement area and no droppings observed in 1st floor food prep areas at time of inspection. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed single-use plastic cups used as scoops in bulk dry food containers throughout kitchen area. Instructed to remove single-use plastic cups and replace with multi-use utensils with handles to prevent contamination while scooping and maintain.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed interior nonfood-contact surfaces of 2-door upright cooler in the rear kitchen area to be soiled with dried food debris and other soils. Instructed to clean interior rear 2-door upright cooler and other equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of food debris and other soils and maintain.
