- comments: observed low temperature dish machine located in prep area not properly sanitizing during time of inspection. Noted sanitizing strength @ 0ppm. Instructed to discontinue use of machine and repair. Priority violation. #7-38-025. Citation issued.

- comments: observed cooked rice stored inside of grocery bag. Instucted to store food inside food grade bags and containers to prevent contamination.
