Also noted unused equipment with encrusted grease in rear prep area and between hot water heater and 3 compartment sink. Instructed to remove all unused and unnecessary items to business. All kept items are to be stored on proper shelving that is non-porous, smooth and easy to clean and a minimum of 6 inches off the ground.
