- comments: observed no irreversible registering temperature indicator for measuring surface temperature of utensils in hot water dish machine. Instructed manager to provide irreversible registering temperature indicator. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

50. Hot & cold water available; adequate pressure
- comments: observed no hot water on premises upon arrival. Maximum water temperature measured at 65 f throughout facility. Instructed manager to ensure hot water reaches a minimum temperature of 100 f for all hand washing sinks and 110 f for all other sinks. Manager stated build construction interfered with hot water. Plumber on site upon arrival. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
