I'm a wheelchair user because of several disabilities! On May 19th, 2018 I purchased Pizza Parlano from this locale at Citipoint Mall in downtown Brooklyn! I threw up 5 times until there was nothing left in my stomach & then I was dry heaving. I continued to be ill & went to a storefront urgent care facility twice but eventually wound up having to go to the emergency room at a nearby hospital because I was still so sick. I was sill ailing for another week and a half. Ad soon as I read able still having the box from aforementioned product, I went to the TJ's store with the box in hand and reported my experience to a manager behind the manager's podium. He filled out a complaint form after I showed him the receipt as proof of my purchase (which I still possess)he took the box from me assuring me that the correct department would contact me. I had enough presence to ask for the receipt back which he handed to me. Instead of hearing from Trader Joe's corporate office in California, the vendor of this product has sent me 2 emails claiming nobody had previously complained about this frozen pizza! They're correspondence to me was dismissive & inappropriate in essence calling me a liar claiming that the Trader Joe's quality assurance department couldn't follow up my claim because they couldn't locate some product code from the pizza box when I gave it to a manager from the store where I purchased this pizza. This is a shabby response to a loyal customer who has spent hundreds of dollars with their establishment! | Symptoms: Vomiting
