Purchased groceries 12/27/24, made pasta out of jarred marinara sauce, 85% ground beef, organic baby spinach, fusilli, onion, garlic. Consumed around 7pm. Sick from 3:30-6am.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Veggies, Quinoa Cause Illness

Prepared a meal with veggies (bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic), quinoa and parmesan all from this location, woke up with terrible food poisoning about 6hrs after eating. Vomiting and diarrhea for about 8hrs, continuing nausea for over a day now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
