I purchased Trader Joe's all-natural ground turkey from the Court St store on Sunday, Jan 21. I cooked it with onions, garlic, spinach and taco seasoning (all from Trader Joe's) and put it on top of a sweet potato. That evening I was up all night vomiting.

my husband made a pizza from the trader joes pizza sauce and refrigerated dough. In the middle of the night he was in the batheroom throwing up and in the bathroom all evening, as well as 101 fever.
