I purchased Trader Joe's all-natural ground turkey from the Court St store on Sunday, Jan 21. I cooked it with onions, garlic, spinach and taco seasoning (all from Trader Joe's) and put it on top of a sweet potato. That evening I was up all night vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
