- comments: observed the following previous core violations from report #2573010 dated 3/22/23 not corrected; #53 observed washroom door not self-closing. Instructed manager to provide self-closing device. #55 observed an opening in the floor, along walls and baseboards in the washroom. Observed damaged outlet cover on wall near front counter. Instructed manager to repair/replace and maintain. #55 observed debris on the floor along walls and corners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain. Priority foundation #7-42-090. Citation issued.
