- comments: observed the rear exit door not sealed all around. Must properly seal door to prevent possible entry point for pests.

- comments: observed the dry storage shelving underneath the prep table rusty. Must repair and maintain smooth and easily cleanable.

- comments: observed the interior of the deep freezer with ice build. Must defrost and clean.

- comments: observed a leaky pipe underneath the 3 comp sink. Must repair and maintain. Also clean floor drain.
