- comments: observed wheat porridge and batter cooling while covered in the #2 walk-in cooler. Instructed to remove cover or poke holes in cover to allow for adequate cooling and maintain.

- comments: observed approximately 50 rodent droppings in several areas throughout the facility: beneath shelves and containers along rear wall of dry storage area, on shelves and along wall fixtures in equipment storage near dry storage area, beneath and around bulk storage containers in corner area of kitchen. Instructed to remove droppings and clean and sanitize affected area and maintain. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020(a) citation issued.
