Ate Chicken Enchilladas with salsa verde, rice, sour cream, and baked beans. Had chips and salsa as an appetizer. My 5 yr old son that ate chips and salsa, sour cream, and some of my enchilada has been throwing up as well | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
