- comments: observed no hand washing sign or poster near hand washing sink in front food preparation area. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed a few broken floor tiles in front of walk-in cooler. Must repair/replace and maintain floor in a good repair.

- comments: observed grase build up on ventilation hood and filters above cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from inspection report#2509539 on 5/11/2021. 41. Observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in front and rear prep tables. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use. 55. Observed grease and food debris on floor under around and behind cooking equipment. Must clean and maintain. 56. Observed excessive dust build up on ventilation vent inside washroom. Must clean and maintain priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
