- comments: observed ice machine with a small amount a pink residue on the inside panel. Instructed to schedule a detailed cleaning and maintain.

- comments: observed front entry door open at the time of inspection. Instructed management to keep all doors leading to outdoors closed and tight fitting to prevent pest entry. Food employee closed doors at the time of inspection. -cos.

- comments: observed unapproved insect control device hanging next to paper towel dispenser in the dishwashing area. Instrutced to remove insect control device.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed two boxes of whole fruits and veggies (watermelon, cantaloupe, avacado) stored on the floor in the front of deli display. Instructed to elevate at six inches above the floor to protect from contamination.

- comments: observed three compartment sink faucet continously running when turned off. Instructed to repair and maintain.

- comments: observed wet mop stored in the bucket in the dishwashing area. Instructed to hang mops to allow to dry when not in use.
