Report date: Sep 26, 202538. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed 30 mice droppings on floor at rear prep area along walls, 2 live roaches on wall at rear prep area above handwash sink and 30 live small flies on walls at rear prep area and rear dry storage room. Instructed manager must remove all pest activity by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a). Advised to call pest control operator for service.
43. In-use utensils: properly stored
- comments: ice scoop improperly stored inside ice machine. Instructed manager must provide a clean container for ice scoop.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: front prep area 2-door reach in cooler doors rubber gaskets ripped. Must repair/replace damaged door rubber gaskets inside said cooler.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed accumulated grease and food debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, prep tables, coolers, freezers, shelving units. Instructed manager to clean and maintain. (nonfood contact surfaces)

- comments: rear prep area handwash sink drain pipe leaking. Must repair and maintain handwash sink.

- comments: observed grease buildup, food debris, and dirt on the floor under cooking equipment, along walls, and in all corners in prep, dish washing, and storage areas. Instructed the person in charge to clean floors under all equipment, along walls, and in all corners in all areas.

- comments: observed damaged/cracked floor tiles at rear prep area under and around 3-compartment sink. Must repair/regrout damaged floor tiles around dishwash 3-compartment sink.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: the following previous core violation from report #2615440 dated on 04/29/25 not corrected-#56 observed accumulated food/grease build up on ventilation hood/hood filters. Must clean ventilation hood/hood filters and maintain. Instructed manager said previous core violation must be corrected by date of reinspection. Priority foundation 7-42-090.
