Additional information: My friend had steak fajitas and is fine so I’m leaning towards the lime wedge, shrimp or the chicken. Friday July 11 had lunch at valle grullense Chips/ salsa Fajita mixto (chicken shrimp beef with peppers onion) Rice, beans, salad (French dressing) Modelo lime wedge Saturday morning started super gassy and bloated like I was 9 months pregnant. Body aches set in, cold sweats, vomiting, diarrhea. Stabbing pains all in my abdomen got worse over Saturday night and all day into Sunday. It’s currently 10:45 Monday morning nausea and vomiting have subsided so far but still having to use the bathroom frequently and have cold sweats and stabbing pains in abdomen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating, Body Ache, Bloating, Gas
