Additional information: My friend had steak fajitas and is fine so I’m leaning towards the lime wedge, shrimp or the chicken. Friday July 11 had lunch at valle grullense Chips/ salsa Fajita mixto (chicken shrimp beef with peppers onion) Rice, beans, salad (French dressing) Modelo lime wedge Saturday morning started super gassy and bloated like I was 9 months pregnant. Body aches set in, cold sweats, vomiting, diarrhea. Stabbing pains all in my abdomen got worse over Saturday night and all day into Sunday.
