- comments: instructed to clean, reorganize food boxes stored inside walk-in freezer. Food boxes must be stored 6' off the floor for easy access on cleaning.

- comments: instructed to provide proper knife rack or magnetic strip for proper knife storage in rear produce prep area.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and maintain storage metal racks and vegetable display racks with mold like build-up inside cold holding display cooler in rear display area.
