High Priority - Rodent activity present as evidenced by rodent droppings found. Observed 50+ rodent droppings in the dry storage area underneath shelves and pallets. At the time of the inspection observed single service items and reach in freezer with raw beef stored in dry storage area.

High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. During the routine inspection observed cooked steak with corn (56F - Cold Holding); cooked pasta (57F - Cold Holding); raw beef (55F - Cold Holding); cooked risotto (58F - Cold Holding); steak empanadas (55F - Cold Holding); cooked potatoes (56F - Cold Holding), stored inside the walk in cooler. As per employee food was prepared 12 hours before the inspection.
