- comments: found timed faucets not staying on the required minimum time of 20 seconds for handwashing; instructed to adjust faucets where needed through out building.

- comments: found no hot running water at handsinks in washrooms on the third floor and first floor during a random check. Temperatures ranged from 73f to 73. 8f and 74f. Instructed that all handsinks must maintain a minimum temperature of 100f at all times. Priority violation 7-38-030(c).

- comments: instructed to clean floor in kitchen corners areas by stove and grease trap. Corrected on site.
