Unsanitary WH: Mold, Rust - Waffle House, Smyrna Delaware

When a Delaware health inspector went to the Waffle House Tuesday, a number of "gross unsanitary conditions" were observed in addition to the mouse droppings, which were found both on the floor and shelves, the report said.The violations included:
Milk with "best by" dates of May 21 and May 28.
Chemicals stored above the food prep sink.
Mold in the ice machine. A rusty screw was found as well.
A leaking pipe under the flat top grille
Rust on walk-in shelves and soda dispenser shelves.
Mold in walk-in shelves.
Trash can cabinet filled with food debris and rust.
