Observed 10 flying insects at the back of the restaurant. Observed 10 flying insects in the dining room condiment station flying and crawling on the ketchup dispenser pump.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Open bag of raw chicken patties above open bag of precooked sausage in the reach in freezer.
High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands.
High Priority - Employee dried hands on clothes/apron/soiled towel after washing.
High Priority - Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands.
High Priority - Employee began working with food, handling clean equipment or utensils, or touching unwrapped single-service items without first washing hands.
