Observed 15 flying insects on the walls and menu at the front counter. Observed 10 flying insects at the back of the restaurant. Observed 10 flying insects in the dining room condiment station flying and crawling on the ketchup dispenser pump.
High Priority - Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Open bag of raw chicken patties above open bag of precooked sausage in the reach in freezer.
High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands.
High Priority - Employee dried hands on clothes/apron/soiled towel after washing.
High Priority - Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands.
