- comments: observed the walk in cooler not maintaining proper temperature: noted ambient temperature of 53�f. Said coolers holds tcs foods. Cooler held for inspection / tagged until it can maintain the proper temp of 41f or below. Priority violation citation issued #7-38-005.

- comments: noted the rear exit door in poor repair at the bottom. Observed a 1/4" gap at the bottom. Must repair to prevent possible entry point for pests.
