- comments: observed tcs foods held at inadequate temperatures of 47 and 48 f. Instructed manager to ensure all cold tcs foods are held at 41 f and below. The manager discarded 1/8 pound tomatoes and 1/4 pound hard-boiled eggs ($10). A priority violation 7-38-005 citation was issued.
