- comments: observed employee wash and rinse dishes and proceed to put dishes away without sanitizing them. Instructed manager to ensure all dishes are sanitized after washing and rinsing. Priority violation 7-38-025 citation issued.
52. Sewage & waste water properly disposed
- comments: observed waste water being improperly dispoed to floor. When 3 compartment sink is drained floor drain floods causing water to over flow from floor well to floor before going back down. Instructed manager to ensure waste water is adequately disposed. Priority violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
