- comments: observed chlorine dish machine not sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine sanitizer to be 0 ppm for chlorine sanitizing rinse. Dish machine is currently not in use and observed facility washing, rinsing, and sanitizing in three compartment sink at the time of inspection. Instructed to continue using 3-comp sink to wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes and pots and pans until machine has been serviced and repaired. Priority violation, 7-38-025. Dish machine tagged. Facility must contact cdph for re-inspection when dish machine has been reparied and reading a proper ppm between 50-100ppm.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed containers of fries stored on the floor in the walk-in freezer. Instructed to elevate fries at least six inches above the ground or provide additional shelving to protect from contamination.

- comments: must clean food debris from the bottom of reach-in freezer in the rear food prep area and maintain.
