- comments: observed self-serve drink dispencer with attached ice machine located in dining area with a build-up of white, black and brown substance on interior surfaces in contact with ice and dripping onto ice cubes stored in below ice bin. Also noted pinkish brown residue on interior shute of rear ice machine. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to remove ice, deep clean and sanitize and maintain. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued
