- comments: observed hand washing sink in prep area not accessible observed a small metal pan inside of said sink. Pan was removed during inspection must keep hand sinks accessible at all times for hand washing. (priority foundation 7-38-030(c)(cos)(citation issued)

- comments: observed improper temperatures of tcs ready to eat foods such as(16)- 3lbs. A variety of prepared packaged salads at 45. 3f inside of 2- drawer salad prep cooler. - comments: observed improper temperature of 2- drawer salad cooler at 45. 7f with tcs ready to eat foods stored inside for sale. A held for inspection tag has been placed on unit.
