Burger Illness Recurrence Suspected - Wendy's, Sylva North Carolina

At about 6PM, my family went to get there since we were about an hour from home.
Our order was messed up a lot, but we didn’t complain, we were hungry. My brother got a Son of a Baconator and I got a custom burger. It had lettuce, bacon, cheese, meat, mayonnaise, and maybe some other stuff, but I can’t remember.
I got home, had very uncomfortable symptoms (diarrhea, temperature raise, gagging, nausea, slow-thinking, heartburn, and paleness.) and I am now sitting by a bucket. It may have been from something else, but I have possibly gotten sick from the same place multiple times with the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Heartburn
