Taco Salad Illness Report - Wendy's, Durham North Carolina

I purchased a Taco Salad, which included the salad, shredded cheddar
cheese, diced tomatoes, chili beans, a pack of corn tortilla and small cup of
salsa that was in plastic contain. I finished the salad around 10:30 PM same night. About 12:00 am I started getting very sick, I was nausea and vomiting.
I sent this letter to Wendy's Corporate at1 Dave Thomas Blvd Dublin, Ohio 43017. I also talked to service representative & gave my report. As today I am still deaf in my left ear. Yes, I am under Doctor cares. No one from Wendy's have contacted me. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
