- comments: observed donut packages adulterated and not in good condition that protects the integrity of the contents, prevents exposure or is freee of potential contaminants. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued. Pperson in charge voluntarily discarded and denatured product at a cost of $25 and 2lbs.

- comments: observed 1 inch gap at bottom of rear exterior door. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain all outer openings tight fitting.

- comments: observed tongs improperly stored in tepid water with food debris. Instructed person in charge to clean and sanitize utensils and properly store working food containers between use.
