- comments: observed accumulated food debris inside stand up 2-door reach in cooler at rear storage area. Must clean and maintain interior of said cooler.

- comments: observed accumulated food/dirt build up on floor under fryers and along walls under 3-compartment sink. Must clean floor throughout and maintain.
