- comments: noted the 1st floor bar chlorine chemical dishwashing machine not dispensing sanitizer after several wash cycles attempted and machine primed. No dishes being washed at the time of inspection. Machine tag held for inspection and must not be used until repaired and properly dispenses chlorine sanitizer. Priority violation.

- comments: broken door handle on the cooks line tall reach-in freezer. Must replace.

- comments: noted the main dish washing area three compartment sink not operational, not attached to plumbing under the sink to allow the drainage of waste water from the sinks basins. Instructed to repair to allow the sink to properly drain to the floor drain. Priority foundation violation 7-38-025 citation issued.

Clean and maintain. ---- reseal the plastic baseboard behind the ice machine in the kitchen. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
