My wife ate a turkey wrap with avacado, tomato, lettuce, mayo, and cheddar cheese. She does hair in Los Angeles and was doing a client when her stomach felt upset and had diarrhea 4 times before eventually coming home. She rushed home to Rancho Cucamonga from Los Angeles with extreme pains in her stomach taking her breath away, heart racing. She started to lose feeling in her arms so it became hard to drive. She finally got off the freeway, and immediately threw up in her car at the light. She had to pull over to throw up again. After throwing up she said she got feeling back in her arms. She came home and had diarrhea again, then eventually went to sleep. Spent the whole next day not feeling well at all, wasn’t able to eat anything. Horrible experience for her. Get your shit together Whole Foods. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
