Egg Bowl Illness Reported - Whole Treats Bakery & Coffee House, Truckee California

I believe I became ill after eating food from Whole Treats Bakery & Coffee House in Palisade, Truckee. I purchased an egg and sausage breakfast bowl and a broccoli quiche. I ate about half of the egg and sausage breakfast bowl. While I was eating it, something seemed a little off, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Later that night, I became extremely nauseated and felt sick throughout the night. The following day I had very little appetite and then developed severe watery diarrhea. The diarrhea became extremely intense the night of July 4 and lasted for approximately 10 hours. It was the worst diarrhea I have ever experienced. I had frequent episodes, abdominal cramping, and had to focus on staying hydrated because of the amount of fluid loss. I can't say with certainty that the food caused my illness, but the timing made me concerned enough to report it in case others experienced similar symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Loss of Appetite
