Boneless Wings Cause Illness - Wingstop, Reno Nevada

Yesterday 112 my boyfriend and I went and got wings from wing stop at around 530-6pm. We got the meal for two (lemon pepper and Louisiana rub both boneless with fries and blue cheese and ranch). We later went to a movie and after the movie (we ate nothing in the movie no drinks snacks or anything) both got extremely gassy and bloated later followed by diarrhea. I immediately went to bed and woke up the next morning with HORRIBLE diarrhea the cold sweats extreme nausea and a fever. Boyfriend only had bad diarrhea (he mainly ate the fries I ate more of the chicken). I havent vomited yet (I cant eat). I feel like I need to go to the hospital because of how dehydrated I am since I keep gagging all my water up. Ive never felt this sick before in my life. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Sweating
