- comments: observed no vomit/diarrhea cleanup kit or written procedures. Instructed management to provide. Priority foundation 7-38-005.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed no splash guard on the bar handwashing sink. Instructed management to provide a splash guard to protect the adjacent clean glasses/dishware from miscellaneous sources of contamination.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: the right sink in the womens restroom is slow draining. The 2nd sink from the left in the womens restroom is missing the faucet. Must repair and maintain.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed indoor garbage area not maintained. Found a pile of garbage bags on the floor and plastic/other garbage on the floor next to receptacles. Instructed management to clean and maintain indoor area where dumpsters are located.
