Fried rice, walnut shrimp, grilled meat with jalapeñoAfter work boyfriend craved for Japanese food at the mall food court. It was closed when we got there so we settled for Chinese as they gave us plenty of samples. This was around 8:30 pm as everything was preparing to shut down.
Boyfriend got fried rice, walnut shrimp and a grilled meat of some sort with jalapeño, bell pepper, onion, etc.
Few hours later I started feeling nauseous. Into the night we both develop diarrhea. Whole next day we both couldn’t stay off the toilet.
Today, I’m pissing out of my a*s and puking my brains out. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
