- comments: observed no handwashing signage at handwashing sink near cookline and dishwashing area. Instructed to post handwashing signage at all handwashing sinks used by food employees.

- comments: observed no handwashing soap at handwashing sink in second floor bar. Instructed handwashing cleanser shall be provided at each handwashing sink. Corrected on site handwashing soap provided at handwashing sink at second floor bar before conclusion of inspection. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c)citation issued.

- comments: observed black moldlike spots on interior walls of ice machine in rear. Instructed to clean and sanitize interior of ice machine to prevent contamination of ice.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed unreadable data plate on high temperature dish machine. Instructed to provide an easily accessible and readable data plate affixed to the machine by the manufacturer that indicates the machine's design and operation specifications.
