- comments: the bottom area of the fryer and exterior surface needs cleaning to remove grease; clean fryer and maintain.

- comments: instructed to clean the floor under and around all kitchen equipment and maintain.

- comments: observed the vents in the hooded system above the cooking equipment in need of cleaning and the vent above the dishmachine is in need of cleaning; clean both.
