Roaches, Mouse Droppings Found - Yi Palace, Wilmington Delaware

Date Closed: 11/12/2019It was temporarily closed by the health department last week after a state official found roaches in the fryer and in large and small containers of flour and sugar.
During a routine inspection, the state official found roaches — dead and alive — and mouse droppings throughout the kitchen and storage area, according to the report. Roaches were found on the floor under the cook line, warewashing sink, dish machine, prep sink and bain maries, which are tubs holding hot water into which a pan is placed for slow cooking.
