They are as follows: 51. Observed no backflow prevention device for utility sink, in the rear prep area. Instructed the person in charge to provide a backflow prevention device located so that it may be serviced and maintained. . . . 58. Observed no allergen awareness training certificates on site at the time of inspection. Instructed the person in charge to ensure that all certified food service managers obtain allergen awareness training and keep certificate on site at all times. Instructed to correct. Priority foundation violation. #7-42-090. . . " instructed to correct and come into compliance. Priority violation 7-42-090. Citation issued.
